The idea

The idea he could not let go of.

Joe saw an industry built to keep ordinary investors out. Getting into UK property meant a large deposit, a mortgage from day one, and the time and knowledge to run the property once you had it. Most people simply did not have all three at once.

He was convinced there was a better way, one where someone could secure a home at today's price, build their stake month by month while it was under construction, and let the rental income carry the rest. That idea became the payment plan, and the payment plan became the company.

What he built

From one Birmingham development to an international group.

Rather than hand each stage of a home to a different firm, Joe built the capability in-house, so one group owns the entire lifecycle of a property. It is a model few developers attempt, and it is what lets the payment plan and the hands-off promise actually work.

The payment plan he designed lets investors reserve at today's price and build a deposit monthly, without a large sum or a mortgage at the outset.
